"End-of-Life Care in Residential Care Homes for the Elderly" programme ensures no one faces life's final journey alone or afraid. A centenarian at Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Nursing Home received warm care with family by her side day and night, and staff bidding heartfelt farewells as she peacefully completed her life journey. This is more than just palliative care—it's a testament to dignity and love—allowing every elderly person to complete their life story with warmth and dignity in the familiar "home" they've come to trust.
